3. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer reliable shipping to ensure your products are delivered safely and efficiently. Within Gauteng Province, we offer Standard Shipping of R200 on orders below R3000, and Free Shipping on orders over R3000. For all other Provinces, We offer delivery through a 3rd Party Courier Service - The fee will depend on the weight, dimensions and delivery location. Our delivery times typically range from 5 to 7 working days.

4. Do you offer Nationwide shipping through your Online Store?
Not just yet, but we're working on it. Customers can currently only checkout online for deliveries within Gauteng Province. HOWEVER, YOU CAN STILL ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT IN GAUTENG! We kindly ask that should you wish to place an order for delivery outside of Gauteng Province, that you make use of one of the following channels:

5. Can I track my order?
Yes of course! Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email stating your order number. Should you wish to get an update on the status of your order, please send us a Whatsapp (on +27716565893), Email (at eidan@afriplastic.co.za), or make use of our live chat function and we will provide you with an update promptly. 6. What is your return and refund policy?
We have a hassle-free return and refund policy. 7. Are there any minimum order quantities?
Yes. MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities) have already been applied to each product and are stated alongside the product description (For example, where product description says pack of 6 this means that the MOQ is 6 - the price you see already takes into account the MOQ so there is nothing more for you to do than click and purchase). It's important to note, though, that we do have lower-than-usual MOQs, allowing you to access wholesale prices even for smaller orders.
8. Can I request samples of your products?
You sure can! We understand the importance of product quality and compatibility. We offer sample requests for select products. 9. Do you offer bulk discounts for larger orders?
